In IAG GBS, every day is different. And the same is true for Business Intelligence. What makes this particular role special is the unique opportunity to perform in-depth financial analysis which play key role in supplier risk management.  

 

As a Business Analyst you will:

  • Use your business acumen, excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills together with attention to details in order to initiate, plan and direct major and innovative projects, and participate fully in cross-functional and strategic organisation-wide projects.
  • Identify relevant data, consolidate it and analyse in order to prepare the valuable reports with well-argued conclusions to support relevant stakeholders (both business and Group Procurement) in planning further actions.
  • Resolve data-collecting issues, use your expertise in data crunching and processing to get a deeper insight into the current processes and available figures and statistics to enhance efficiency and support decision making
  • Validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data for management reporting and securing additional savings purposes.
  • Ensure that processes are completed and documented satisfactorily and in line with requirements.
  • Identify and address areas of poor/inadequate performance, escalating appropriately and making recommendations for remedial action to ensure efficient resolution.

Requirements

Our key requirements are:

  • Excellent English communication skills. Working knowledge of Spanish will be an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (ease to move through Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and Data Tables), PowerPoint, Access and VBA programming
  • Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty.
  • Professional experience in data gathering, analysis, reporting and presentation
  • Previous experience with SAP in reporting, data gathering, validation and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills and attention to details
  • Ability to prepare Market and Business intelligence reports and visualize the results in professional PowerPoint presentation
