We are looking for candidates who would like to work in one of the following domains:

As a Business Domain Architect you will be a specialist in your field, with substantial experience of:

  • Choosing appropriate architectural viewpoints to develop design decisions based on practicality and fit for purpose.

  • Providing strategic expertise of the application domain architecture vision and direction, ensuring alignment with the business strategic vision and goals.

  • Being an owner of the current and future state domain architecture, leading adherence to architectural principles, standards, best practice and roadmaps.

  • Delivering transformational change across multiple Operating Companies, through the major overhaul of architectural domains, spanning multiple applications and services. 

  • Supporting the business in understanding and interpreting the domain architecture, ensuring design is consistent with the architecture and meets both functional and non-functional requirements. Drive resolution of architecture issues throughout the project lifecycle

  • Building strategic relationships with service partners and suppliers where third party work involves significant architectural design decisions.

  • Managing a team of domain architects and/or solution architects, leading on priorities and coaching others in acquiring knowledge. 

  • Maintaining a strong awareness of IT industry best practice and trends, identify opportunities for innovation and business change.


Our key requirements are:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex architecture assignments for highly integrated solutions in one of the specific domains.

  • Advanced knowledge of domain processes, capabilities and industry standard solutions.

  • Stakeholder management at a senior level, with the ability to influence and persuade across the Group or in a diverse global environment.

  • Business Partnering, working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders and colleagues across a diverse operation.

  • Experience of, and contribution to, applicable industry best practice , leading and shaping their further development.

  • Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable.

  • Fluent English is a must.

  • TOGAF 9 Level 1 Educated to degree level or equivalent experience is an asset.
