Business Intelligence Manager

Location: Krakow, Poland (flexible working available)

You will make an impact in this role by…


  • Reviewing the business-wide data architecture/landscape and preparing strategies/business cases for the appropriate solutions
  • Reviewing and ensuring the correct Business Intelligence tools are being used or introduced within the business
  • Managing a large programme delivering a data cloud migration (AWS)
  • Ensuring the maintenance and efficient running of our live Business Intelligence dashboard environment
  • Developing and preparing strategies for Business Intelligence processes for the organisation and creating proactive solutions to issues
  • Carrying out analysis of organisational processes and providing results
  • Working closely with suppliers and partners in order to ensure correct logic and rules are developed to monitor data in line with key business processes
  • Supervising the efficient delivery of all Business Intelligence projects
  • Performing assessments of reporting requirements and developing long term strategies for various reporting solutions


To succeed in this role, you are likely to…

  • Have demonstrable experience of reviewing company-wide Data Architecture and implementing BI solutions at an enterprise level
  • Have successfully delivered Cloud Data migration projects and other BI related projects
  • Have worked with/knowledge of a wide range of BI and Data Visualisation tools (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau etc)
  • Have worked in large, complex business environments
  • Have excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers a-like
  • Have a strong track record of aligning Business Intelligence departments to business needs and objectives
  • Have the ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines and finite resources
  • Have excellent written and spoken English; working knowledge of Spanish is an asset
