System ownership SAP Ariba Downstream (P2O)

Leading SAP Ariba customer support team

Technical and functional maintenance of SAP Ariba

Identifying issues and emerging trends, providing the basis for the continual development of services and embedding a culture of continuous improvement

Managing SAP Ariba master data

Ownership and development for automation’s

User training for SAP Ariba

To achieve in this role, you are likely to… 

·     Have Team Leading experience

·     Have previous experience MS Excel in reporting, data gathering, validation and analysis. Knowledge of SAP Ariba will be an asset

·     Have excellent English language skills, working knowledge of Spanish is an asset

·     Be able to set priorities and maintain a clear focus in constant ambiguity and change

·     Commit to service excellence and process improvement

·     Be able to provide analyzed data to all functions involved

·     Be an analytical thinker

·     Have an exceptional problem solving and issue resolution skills

·     Be familiar with Source To Pay process

·     Be excellent communicator to end-users
