DOC Controller (Direct Operating Costs)

Location- Krakow, Poland

You will make an impact in this role by…

  • Approve, control and analyse Direct Operating Costs of the client airline in the designated area of responsibility

  • Ensure proper Purchase Order creation as per the contract and operational data

  • Analyze, fix and claim discrepancies in the DOC invoices vs the airline estimation

  • Ensuring proper reporting and process transparency according to the agreed procedure

  • Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Control and Reporting activities; analysing results regularly

  • Managing financial risk and adhere to internal and external compliance obligations

To achieve in this role, you are likely to....

  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Maths or related fields

  • Knowledge of working in international financial & accounting organisation preferably in the Finance Planning and Analysis, Procure to Pay (PtP) and/or Procurement Area.

  • Experience in supplier and contract management, data capturing, analysing and presenting.

  • Good understanding of corporate compliance & controls standards and practical experience in applying them in the accounting space.

  • Working proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SAP; experience in BRF+, VBA and/or SAP Ariba would be an asset.

  • Willingness to travel ( less than 20% of the time) and work in a multi-site/ location environment
