FP&A Manager

Location: Cracow

In addition, you will make an impact in this role by…

- To manage the IAG Tech Finance team covering a budget of more than £500m Capex and Opex spend with a team of 9 based in Krakow

- To manage the provision of robust and meaningful analytical output and value-driven measurements that inform business direction and sound decision-making at the Group, corporate and OpCo management level, including business-wide programs and investments

- To contribute insight and understanding of performance to Finance Business Partners and their business counterparts, to guide regular performance management cycles, including regular finance performance reviews and planning

- To drive continuous improvement of analytics and business insights, ensuring SLAs are met, governance is in place, and the quality of service is assured

In addition, you will make an impact in this role by…

·  Managing relationships with Finance Business Partners; ensuring requirements and analytics support for large-scale strategic projects are clearly understood, expectations are managed, and SLAs are met within the overall IAG GBS service delivery framework

·   Maintaining oversight of performance analysis across dedicated functions, actively seeking areas and opportunities where analytics support will enhance risk and opportunity management, revenue management and cost reductions

·   Encouraging continuous improvement focus in the team

·    Managing provision and consolidation of business insights analysis to FBP to create high-quality management information and business cases

·     Constructively challenging analytics processes and methodologies, recommending changes that enhance and continuously improve the quality of output

·     Developing an improved approach to the financial performance reviews; ensuring commentary is relevant, insightful and accurate, with risks and opportunities identified and solutions offered

·     Driving continuous improvement of analytics and business insights ensuring SLAs are met, governance is in place, and the quality of service is assured

·      Working with FBPs to deliver consolidated analysis of performance or scenario modelling in support of planning, budgeting and forecasting for the business

·     Developing appropriate networks to maintain industry awareness and thorough understanding of functional strategies

·     Managing the Team, focusing on development to build and sustain high performance

To achieve in this role, you are likely to… 

·      Have university degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent (professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) will be an asset)

·      Be able to inspire, lead, build and deliver through high- performing teams

·     Be able to influence, align diverse views and gain consensus, providing clarity and direction on what is to be achieved and break down barriers that get in the way of effective teamwork

·     Demonstrate excellent sponsorship and stakeholder management skills across a diverse geographic region and at multiple levels, with the gravitas to engage and influence senior stakeholders

·     Posses excellent oral and written communication skills; interpersonal and analytical/strategic skills

·     Have business/finance acumen

·     Be able to prioritise, maintain a clear focus and provide direction in constant ambiguity and change

·     Be customer focused, committed to exceeding customer expectations and focused on continuous improvement

·     Be able to manage projects and processes in a fast-paced global environment with tight deadlines, finite resources and conflicting priorities

·     Speak fluent English (working knowledge of Spanish is an asset)

·      Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a management reporting analysis role in an international company

·       Have 2 years of People Management Experience

·      Have Experience working in an environment of change involving people, process, policy and technology
