In addition, you will make an impact in this role by…


·       Coordinating the training and onboarding logistics in the Talent Team, including the training calendar, room bookings, trainers meet and greet

·       Preparing simple reports, statistics and organisation charts for the People Team

·       Tracking and auditing the internal database in the Talent and Comms Teams

·       Distributing and monitoring the completion of online surveys sent out to employees, gather the feedback and prepare relevant presentations

·       Being the primary back-up for talent matters and communication with employees by managing the communications and talent mailboxes

·       Maintaining various distribution lists for different recipient groups

·       Supporting the People Team in processing and administrating payments via CPS

·       Supporting any process improvements by offering suggestions and then helping to deliver those improvements

·       Supporting and executing the overall communications strategy for IAG GBS through various administrative tasks as required

·       Updating a calendar of corporate communications activity

·       Updating and maintaining an internal SharePoint Intranet site

·       Arranging, setting-up and supporting events, workshops and meetings, including developing all visual media, organising guest speakers and co-ordinating event logistics

·       Updating external websites such as LinkedIn where directed



To achieve in this role, you are likely to have… 


·       A Bachelor’s Degree; faculty within human resources, business administration, organisational development, communications or a related field is an asset

·       Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and manage time effectively

·       Intermediate working knowledge of all MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

·       Customer Service acumen

·       Capacity to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities

·       The ability to learn quickly

·       The ability to develop strong relationships at all levels across the business

·       Understanding of ownership and accountability

·       Data analysis

·       Written and verbal excellent communication skills in English and Polish

·       Team player skills, working at a multi-function organisation

·       Experience working in an environment of change involving people, process and policy

·       Participation in projects implementation is an asset
