RtR Analyst - GL Bank Reconciliations

Location: Cracow

In addition, you will make an impact in this role by:


·      Monitoring and executing banking and treasury services,

·      Bank statement upload and monitoring (SWIFT MT940),

·      Commercial and Treasury bank accounts reconciliation,

·      Daily cash forecast reconciliation,

·      Reconciliation of Financial operations (FX, Invetments, Leasing payments, Loans, Cash Pooling etc.),

·      Rejected and returned payments investigation,

·      Open items management and resolution,

·      Manual postings in SAP,

·      Treasury Reporting and controls,

·      Supporting and execution of  ICFR controls,

·      Execution of the month end activities,

·      Daily and weekly open items reporting and controls,

·      Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.

·      Providing support as required in the preparation of annual audited financial statements,

·      Cooperating with internal and external auditors,

·      Understanding process impacts to constantly search, propose and carry out changes seeking optimization and improvements,

·      Management over process documentation including process maps, maintaining and creating documentation as per business needs,

·      Undertaking user training for processes and systems as required,

·      Liaising with BPO, different finance and accounting teams within the organization and to provide the client with comprehensive and reliable financial accounting information. 


To achieve in this role, you are likely to… 


·         Have a degree in Finance and Accounting or related field and/or the ability/knowledge of working in a finance and accounting environment. (Knowledge of reconciliations, both automated and Excel driven)

·     Be able to investigate reconciliation issues to help provide swift resolution

·      Understand of treasury and banking processes

·      Have excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal and problem solving skills

·      Demonstrate effective self-management during times of stress and acting as an example for others

·      Have experience and knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel)

·      Speak fluent English (working knowledge of Spanish is an asset)

·      Be customer-focused and  committed to exceeding customer expectations and continuous improvement.

·      Be resilient and able to operate effectively in a fast moving, multi-location environment with tight deadlines and finite resources.

·      Be proactive and focused on results keeping a good relationship with the client and co-workers.
