In addition, you will make an impact in this role by…

·        Managing partnering suppliers and 3rd party relationships and ensuring they meet the delivery of strategic, technology and Service Levels requirements.


·        Leading the collaboration across IT Group Areas, business and line partner stakeholders.


·     Acting as an escalation point during service interruption incidents, ensuring their resolution, whilst minimizing the probability of re occurrence by developing remedial solutions for all Technology Service issues. 


·        Identifying and executing opportunities for continual improvement,using thorough understanding of the relevant business area, while ensuring adherence to Group IT processes;

To achieve in this role, you are likely to… 

·         Be experienced in independently and successfully managing IT Service in a complex environment;

·         Have proven track record of successful senior stakeholder management, with a proven ability of influencing and persuading across the organization while partnering with the business operating across multiple countries and cultures;

·         Have deep understanding of Service Management, with proven ability to develop, manage and improve complex IT services;

·         Demonstrate flexibility and robustness to be able to operate in a highly dynamic and high energy environment
